We’re particular about working safely because we know that it enables a positive working culture and high-quality project performance. On all of our operations, from British Columbia to Ontario, you’ll see an elevated industry standard for safety.

Training and transparency.

In order to set the bar high on-site, we’ve created health and safety programs that are continuously improved and implemented. As a result, our teams are always up-to-date on HSE requirements. We also provide visibility into our safety performance through eCompliance — our web-based, safety management system. This platform dramatically improves safety engagement, connecting field and office teams under one shared outcome.

    • 2025 YTD: 0.39 with 1.0 million hours worked
    • 2024: 0.62 with 1.3 million hours worked
    • 3 year TRIF average: 0.58
  • Lost Time Injury Frequency (LTIF)
    • 2025 YTD: 0.00 and over 1.3 million hours worked without a lost time injury
  • Leading indicators: More than 25,000 submissions each year
  • WCB performance: Premium rates that are 24% below provincial industry averages for 3 consecutive years

Sustainability

As a leader in surveying and geomatics, GeoVerra is committed to sustainability and social responsibility. Our sustainable energy division provides surveying, forestry and environmental and advanced technology solutions for alternative energy projects, including carbon capture, hydrogen, solar, and wind. With dedicated leadership driving our sustainability efforts, we are actively assessing our GHG emissions, setting reduction goals, and reporting on several platforms to create a lasting impact for our communities and clients.
