Fitting a flat project on a round Earth: Understanding Surveying Controls and Requirements

Although surveying can at times be considered a small part of projects, improper scope, budgeting, and hired skillset can have a considerable impact. During this webinar, we’ll discuss the importance of how legal land survey and survey control networks relates to construction projects. This includes covering when and why an Alberta Land Surveyor is required, the proper use of coordinate systems, and the design/reporting of survey control networks. By understanding what’s needed, professional surveyors can establish survey control and boundaries, helping you avoid costly delays or claims.
